Spectacular

Our full service package is designed for couples that want our assistance every step of the way either with them or on their behalf. We will create an overall design to ensure the success of your event from start to finish. Our Spectacular option includes full planning, preparation and execution of event as well as:

 

  • Unlimited communication via telephone and e-mail that begins at contract signing and continues throughout the wedding planning process up to your wedding day
  • Budget development/management
  • Vendor recommendations to fit your style and budget
  • The lead consultant will interview, schedule appointments and negotiate contracts with vendors in each of the major budget categories as well as accompany the bride and groom to the appointments as requested
  • Selection assistance with your wedding stationary needs, including but not limited to save-the-dates, invitation, calligrapher, programs, menu cards, etc.
  • Etiquette advisement
  • Rehearsal coordination and direction
  • RSVP management and tracking including follow up calls
  • Arrange hotel accommodations for you and your guests
  • Arrange and manage transportation needs
  • Assistance with menu selection/details
  • Venue walk through to finalize design, set up, and floor plan diagram
  • Production schedule distribution to all vendors the week of the wedding
  • Event materials collection at final consultation will be delivered and positioned on wedding day by our staff. Examples include candles, photographs, guest books, pens, wedding favors, toasting glasses, cake serving set, ceremony programs, menu cards, assigned seating place cards, table names/numbers, and license
  • Wedding weekend assistant provided to lead consultant
  • Event set-up and design supervision of ceremony and reception areas
  • Final payments distribution including vendor gratuities
  • Provide wedding day emergency kit
  • Assist with event conclusion and wrap-up

Our modified planning package is designed for couples that know what they want, but need assistance making their vision come to life. We will organize your ideas and put you in the direction needed to create the event you envision. This package includes partial planning, preparation and execution of event as well as:

 

  • Unlimited communication via telephone and e-mail that begins at contract signing and continues throughout the wedding planning process up to your wedding day
  • Assist with décor design at the reception venue to include but not limited to floral, lighting, and linen selection, including vendor scheduling and attending vendor meetings with or on behalf of client
  • One additional personal consultation not related to design meetings
  • Vendor recommendations to fit your style and budget
  • Etiquette advisement
  • Vendor contracts and arrangements review
  • Rehearsal coordination and direction
  • Venue walk through to finalize design, set up, and floor plan diagram
  • Production schedule distribution to all vendors the week of the wedding
